Essential maintenance: Easyspace Control Panel

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we need to apply a critical update to the Easyspace Control Panel. The control panel, website, shop and reseller APIs will be unavailable while we carry out this essential maintenance.

When will this happen?

The maintenance will begin on Tuesday 3 November 2026 at 1pm and further updates will be provided at 3.30pm.

Your services will continue to operate as normal.

This maintenance only affects access to the control panel. Your services will not be impacted and will continue to operate as normal throughout the update.

Contacting support during maintenance

You will not be able to raise support tickets through the control panel during this time. If you need assistance, please contact our support team via live chat (click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of our website) or by calling 0370 755 5088.

Service renewals

You will not be able to renew services manually online while the control panel is unavailable. Monthly recurring payments and automatic renewals will continue to be processed as normal.
